The Shredding Section is mainly a disintegration process where Pre-Crusher is for destroying & breaking the input, and high speed rotating knives of Rasper/Granulator with classifying screen for ensuring the shredded pieces are smaller than requirement. Thereafter Shred Extraction system conveys the shreds through quality Ductwork into Storage Hopper which is equipped with Stirring Mechanism. The shreds fall down into the hopper and the air is blown out through Shred Separators/HEPA Filters. Our Shredding System can handle all types of waste such as Paper, Magazines, Cardboard with Stapler Pins, Security Paper, Files, Banknote, Books and other paper waste.
Hydraulic Briquette Presses compress the end output shreds in form of high density briquettes without mixing any adhesive or water in fully automatic manner and such that these can easily be transported without spillage and stored. The entire system of Paper Shredding and Briquetting can be easily controlled by one Central Control Panel integrated with VFD, PLC, HMI and SCADA System
